Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location and scheduling availability.
Do you offer a warranty on Blyss home products?
Yes, all our furniture items come with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal household use.
What is your return policy for home textiles and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bedding and pillows cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At Blyss, we prioritize the planet. 80% of our wood products are FSC-certified, and we use OEKO-TEX certified fabrics to ensure no harmful chemicals are used in our production process.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large furniture deliveries, our logistics partner will call you to coordinate a specific delivery window.
